Precise Spec Collect, LLC (PSC) is a small, minority and woman-owned business, founded in 2023 by Erika Johnson, President/CEO. Headquartered in Cypress, Texas, we provide DOT Urine Specimen Collection as required under 49 CFR, Part 40 and Non-DOT drug testing for employers participating in the Drug-Free Workplace Program. We also provide Athletic Drug Testing as required under the NCAA drug-testing program.

In addition to drug testing, PSC offers an array of other services including Covid-19 Rapid Testing, DNA Testing, Notary Services, Ink Card Fingerprinting using FD-258, Apostille Service, help with Texas Uncontested Divorce Filings, Passport applications, Business Formation and more.

We are certified by the City of Houston, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). Port Houston Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Texas HUB Certified by The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA).
